One concrete step taken is holding Enterprise Architecture (EA) training with Romi Satria Wahono. This training marks a significant milestone in UIN Malang&#039;s digital transformation efforts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training provided participants with an in-depth understanding of EA concepts. It also discussed the importance of redesigning business processes, establishing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and managing risk and regulations in the digital age.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201c&quot;Digital transformation isn&#039;t just about adopting new technologies; it&#039;s about changing the way we work and interact,&quot; he said. &quot;With EA, we can design integrated and efficient systems, thereby providing better services to students, lecturers, and all stakeholders.&quot;\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One of the main focuses of this training was defining the duties and responsibilities (tupoksi) of each actor within the university. This is expected to improve coordination and collaboration between work units. Furthermore, the development of a digital learning ecosystem to support a more flexible and effective teaching and learning process was also discussed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>With this training, it is hoped that UIN Malang can further advance and develop into a technology-based university.
