MALANG – The Information Technology and Database Center (PTIPD) together with the General Affairs Division of the State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held an agenda Requirement Gathering today, Tuesday, June 23, 2026. The activity which took place in the PTIPD Meeting Room was carried out together Eduramind as a vendor, to discuss plans to develop a more integrated State Property (BMN) management application.

This step was taken as a commitment by the university to modernize infrastructure management and digitize internal business processes for the sake of institutional performance efficiency.

During the intensive meeting, discussions focused on mapping the current workflow and systems. Three main points outlined the discussion:

• Existing Application Synchronization: The General Section describes the operational regulatory platforms currently used for state asset management, such as applications MAGIC And MyIntress owned by the Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu). The new application to be developed is expected to work in harmony with this mandatory system.
• Operational Surgery of Asset Management: The General Affairs Team explained in detail how the BMN governance cycle currently runs within the UIN Malang environment, starting from data collection, distribution, maintenance, to reporting.
• Needs Analysis by Eduramind: The team of experts from Eduramind actively explores, understands, and analyzes crucial points (pain points) as well as the specific needs of asset managers in the field so that the system built is truly on target.

As a follow-up to this meeting, the Eduramind team will conduct an in-depth analysis based on the data that has been collected to compile blueprint as well as prototype BMN management application to be created.

Through the development of this application, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang continues to prove its commitment to realizing transparent, accountable, and technology-based administrative governance.
