Coinciding with November 8, 2023 – located at the PTIPD Unit (Information Technology and Database Center), undergoing an important audit in the context of ISO 9001:2015 recertification and ISO 21001:2018 certification.
The audit was conducted by PT Decra Group Indonesia, as part of UIN Maliki Malang's efforts to maintain high standards of higher education quality.
UIN Maliki Malang has been working hard for sixteen years to maintain ISO certification, and this is proof of its commitment and seriousness in providing the best service to campus stakeholders.
The ISO 9001:2015 and 21001:2018 audits primarily aim to maintain service quality standards in higher education. These standards encompass eight national standards, including graduate competency standards, learning content, learning processes, learning assessments, lecturers and educational staff, learning facilities and infrastructure, and learning and financing management. By complying with the clauses of the ISO 21001:2018 Standard, UIN Maliki Malang hopes to provide educational products and services that meet the requirements of various stakeholders.
The importance of maintaining and preserving ISO 21001:2018 certification demonstrates UIN Maliki Malang's commitment to ensuring the excellence of its higher education offerings. Through this effort, the university hopes to maintain its ISO accreditation responsibly and continue to provide the best possible service to its students and other educational beneficiaries.
