In running a campus organization, AUPK supports all aspects of the organization so that it can move smoothly and agilely / agile in facing current and future challenges. Specifically, to support the realization of the organization's vision and mission: excellence and international reputation. One of the challenges that exists and requires an immediate solution is digital transformation.

UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim has developed numerous digital-based services, both for academic and administrative services (AUPK). However, these services are still not integrated, and the data required for each digital service is not easily accessible or requires access through its respective service applications. This situation hinders management in understanding and mapping the current state of the organization, thus affecting the speed and accuracy of management decisions and strategies for addressing existing problems.
One of the IKUs that is targeted for 2024 is development Smart Campus where one of the achievements that must be realized in the first semester is the realization of the Data Dashboard which is part of the short-term development program Maliki Gate System .This aims to address the aforementioned issues, namely integrating various data scattered across multiple service applications for easy management access through a single data dashboard portal.

As a first step in developing this data dashboard, mapping of the data available in service applications across UIN Malang's various service sectors was required. Therefore, a coordination meeting was held with various service sectors to map several aspects, including:
- Data owner
- Data periodization
- Data Producer Application
- Business processes and data that have not been digitized

Located in the PTIPD meeting room, the event ran as a marathon from January 15th to 23rd, inviting one to two sectors/service units or data owners each day. This activity resulted in a mapping document of data sources, data owners, and the periodization of each data item, which will be displayed on the data dashboard application, part of the Maliki Gate System. This data dashboard will also serve as a reference or evidence on the institutional performance achievements as stated in the KPI, where each KPI will have supporting data reports that can be accessed on this data dashboard application.

With the implementation of this data dashboard, every piece of evidence of KPI achievement will no longer need to be manually entered into the system. Instead, it will be automatically captured through the service applications used daily. The hope is that this will not only simplify the process but also further improve the quality of the performance achievement evidence used.
